General Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and us, applicable to your use of any service on the platform. Eligibility & Account Registration

Each user may only open one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for the security of your account and must not share your password with anyone. If an unauthorized person accesses your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (BDT / ৳) and processed through applicable payment methods. Deposited funds will be credited to the account only after proper verification, and withdrawal requests may take some time to process. We reserve the right to request additional verification if any discrepancy is found in a transaction. If financial fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity is suspected, we may temporarily suspend the account. Users must ensure they are using a payment method registered in their own name.

Prohibited Activities

The use of any automated software, bots, or hacking tools on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users is not permitted. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure. Operating an account on behalf of a minor or ineligible person is strictly forbidden. Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate action as well as legal measures where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, graphics, and software on the bed visa platform are our exclusive property. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No content may be republished, distributed, or modified without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action. If you submit any content to the platform, you are deemed to automatically grant us a royalty-free license to use that content.

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This action may be taken in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Applicable provisions will remain in effect even after account closure. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be paid out in accordance with prevailing rules.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will be settled in a competent court in Bangladesh. Both parties will attempt an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
